Respect the Oak that
Characterises Your Wine
Cape Steam Mobile Service
At Cape Steam, our flagship onsite-mobile-service is at the core of what we do. One of the most critical elements in the winemaking process is the wood that defines the character of your wine. That’s why we provide proven protection where it matters most. Every winemaker knows that exceptional wines come from barrels that are clean and uncompromised—and that’s where we step in.
Eradicate microbial spoilage, while removing tartrates.
A significant amount of microbial spoilage and tartrates are often deeply embedded in the wood — and our steaming process effectively removes them.
